near (the old) Paradise Valley Mall area, shopping, places of worship, bus station, entertainment areas with lots of hiking trails in area.
Pets allowed (2 adult pets- breed and weight restrictions may apply-- please call for details). Additional pet fees and deposits apply. No monthly pet rent.

Non refundable admin/cleaning fee $400.
