We offer stays of any length, with variable pricing depending on time of year.

Start your mornings with breakfast in the bright, sunny kitchen, then step out to the private backyard where kids can play while you sip your coffee. In the evenings, fire up the grill, gather around the outdoor firepit, and enjoy stunning Arizona sunsets.

You're just minutes from local parks, family-friendly hiking trails, golf courses, and top-rated schools. The Mayo Clinic is nearby, and with a central location, you're never more than 20 minutes from major Phoenix attractions, shopping, or dining.

Fully furnished and move-in ready, with utilities included this is the perfect rental for families looking for comfort, convenience, and a true home-away-from-home.

We do offer any length of stay that is prorated for the number of days. Winter months (Jan-March) are at a higher monthly rate of $5500.

Utilities (water, garbage, electric, internet, cable) included. A monthly pet fee of $50 per pet will be charged. If pet damage occurs, a portion of the deposit will be withheld to cover damages. No smoking on the property. A two car garage is provided. A 3 month minimum lease is required with month to month after.
