THIS PROPERTY IS OCCUPIED - PLEASE RESPECT CURRENT TENANTS. This single-family home features one-level living, all rooms are on the ground floor. The home features NO carpeting, only hard surface flooring (tile and vinyl plank) thought-out the home. Two car attached garage, fully fenced rear yard, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Front-loading steam laundry units. Electric heat pump forced air heating and cooling. Lawn mowing included. Local landlord. DO NOT TRESPASS ON THE PROPERTY WITHOUT FIRST SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT. DRIVE-BY IS OK.

Applicants must have current, verifiable qualifying income exceeding $5,625 per month and must demonstrate consistent qualifying income at that level for the preceding two years.

Applicants must have no history of evictions, delinquent utility bills, or accounts currently in default, and must demonstrate a satisfactory two-year rental history and/or history of property ownership.

There is no minimum credit score requirement; however, credit history is considered as part of our overall approval process.

The home is all-electric, with an electric water heater, electric range, and central heating and air conditioning provided by an electric heat pump. There is no natural gas service to the property. The tenant is responsible for all utility bills.

Lawn mowing is included in the rent; tenants are responsible for snow removal.

The home is adjacent to active railroad tracks, and passing trains can be loud. Previous residents have reported that they quickly became accustomed to the train noise and enjoyed the unique character of the location.

Single-Level Living: This home features a single-level floor plan with no interior stairs, making it an excellent option for those seeking convenient, mobility-friendly living.

Small dogs may be considered with an additional pet fee. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable fair housing laws.

Application & Screening Process

We do not charge an application fee. We use a two-step screening process. Applicants must tour the property in person before submitting an application. All applications are reviewed at the end of the showing phase, after which we select one prospective tenant to proceed with screening.

The selected applicant will be asked to obtain a tenant screening report through a national third-party screening provider. The screening fee is approximately $45 per adult. If the report is consistent with the information provided on the application, the full screening fee will be credited toward the first month's rent.

If the report reveals material negative information that was not disclosed on the application, we will decline to proceed with the tenancy and move forward with another applicant. In that event, the screening fee will not be refunded or credited.
