6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageA kid punched me in the face and broke my nose, also not to mention the fact bullying is taken very lightly here, also fights are almost a constant occurrence,at the bulling program need to be fixed and the principal does not care for students much but dodges problems. I would not recommend going here for you students safety.Student Review1mo ago28 Reviews - West Chester Henderson High School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI'm a current student at Henderson High School I feel like this school is way to overwhelming and soul-sucking. Because Dr. Sherlock has no rules about class taking, a literal 14 year could take AP Calculus because they felt like it- and had the prerequisites! This amount of competition makes you feel like you're never enough and I have had multiple breakdowns because of this- with no peer or teacher support. I literally feel the light exiting my eyes everytime I step foot into this building! Not to mention the bullying culture here. Everybody claims to be friendly, but are the messiest individuals and never get punishment for it. Do better administration.Student Review10mo ago8 Reviews - Mary C Howse El School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI really don't recommend this school. Her teacher said some terrible things. The communication is bad. The lady who answers the phone at the main office (won't say any names) she words thing in a passive aggressive way. Where's the respect?Parent Review2mo ago8 Reviews - Check out schools near 404 Apple Dr.

"Landlord permits large and aggressive pit bull type dogs. Had to repeatedly remind other tenants to clean up after their dog. The neighborhood is good for dog walks if you can get past the lurking pit bull safely."

"This neighborhood is quiet and tucked away, but has immediate access to routes 100, 30, 202, and Septa/Amtrak. You can walk to great restaurants, shopping, parks, coffee shops, and schools. Neighbors are so friendly."

"People on this cul-de-sac know each other and appreciate the proximity to major attractions, while enjoying a deer and a fox now and then. Neighbors are safety conscious and amicable, stopping for friendly chats on their walks during nice weather. A short walk brings you to the YMCA, Downingtown East High School, Lionville Middle and elementary schools, and the LYA youth athletic fields. In the summer time, we can here the distant call of the ball games and in the fall, you can hear the school marching band practicing after school. Multiple generations have lived on the street since the 60's, which gives it an old-fashioned, small town feel. Yards are spacious and well kept and the mix is varied and multi-generational. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!"
