This school isn’t as they sell it. They find out what you are looking for, gear your tour to “sell” that, but don’t deliver. Communication is terrible as well.

Very bad experience with this school and I would not recommend it. I requested a tour in September for the following year for my children. I never heard back from the tour request, so I called the school 2x to follow up, but again, no response or call back. When I finally got through (dec), I was told there is a HUGE waitlist and was told I could have a tour in 1.5 months from now (jan 15). The lady acted as if I was lying about submitting the tour request and calling, so I sent her proof via email and she still claims she did not get this, acting as if I was not telling the truth. This does not seem like an inclusive, Catholic school based on my experience and I would not recommend it.

I attended SSPJ many years ago and felt more than adequately prepared for high school. The morals and scholastic habits instilled at this fine school have carried through my life to this day.I now have 2 children attending SSPJ and I am very happy with their education. The school cares so much about their students as whole persons. They nurture their souls as well as their minds. My children love going to school every day, which is truly a testament to the environment fostered within the walls of SSPJ. They are also achieving within the top 10% nationally on terra nova testing so their enjoyment at school goes hand in hand with effective education.I feel that SSPJ is worth the financial investment and the 20 minute commute for my children. We moved from one of the area’s very best school districts to a far less desirable district because of our confidence in the education at SSPJ.

I have 5 children at St. Agnes school in grades PreK thru 6th. St. Agnes has been educating students for 150 years and their experience shows. The have worked so hard to keep our kids in person this school year and my husband and I are so grateful. My children are happy, engaged with their teachers and growing in their spiritual practice. St. Agnes has excellent academics, My son is being challenged in both Honors English and Honors Math with the hope that he tests out of Algebra 1 before high school. The Learning Support Program led by Mrs. Flynn has been supportive and caring in navigating a learning disability with another child of mind. The have helped her become an advocate for herself and she is thriving this school year even during a pandemic. This is my first experience with PreK at St. Agnes. They are known for an academically rich program and I wasn't sure how my child would do initially. I have been very pleased that the teachers, Miss Zirolli and Mrs Howe still make preschool fun but that my child is also learning the skills they will need to excel in Kindergarten. I know my children are loved by the teachers and the adminstration. Their education is rooted in the Christian values that our family holds dear and that will support them throughout their lives.
