Description
This property is no longer available to rent or to buy. This description is from September 19, 2023
This home has just finished getting a makeover by the owners! As soon as you walk in the front door you will start seeing the recent changes. The huge library/office/study room to your left has just been updated with ceramic tile flooring as well as the half bath close to the front door. If you turn to the right when you enter the foyer you will see the recently painted living room and dining rooms. Both rooms are complimented by a lot of natural light that really makes the hardwood floors look gorgeous! Just past the dining room is the updated kitchen that features new stainless-steel appliances, bright cabinets and freshly painted walls that complement the appliances nicely. The next room you access in the home is the family room with a gas fireplace and exposed wood beams in the ceiling for those comfortable and cozy winter nights. The huge three season sunroom is accessed from the family room which supplies back door access to the yard. The upstairs includes four generously sized bedrooms that have just been painted and two full bathrooms with recent updates. The new owner’s primary bedroom full bath has just been completely remodeled with a new easy access shower, tile flooring, dual sink vanity and fixtures, nice! The yard is almost one acre in size and the backyard is fenced for an added sense of security if you have pets that want to have room to roam. The corner lot makes for a nice setting for the home that is nestled on the rolling landscape within the Deer Harbour community. If you are looking for a home of this size, it is one you should see!

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is my son's second year in this school. Kintergarden worked out great because every class has a teacher's assistant. We had a great K year. First grade is not so good. The classes are 26+ students with one teacher. The teachers are overwhelmed and the kids are suffering because of it. People in this area say this is one of the best schools but I second guess this. The teachers don't have the opportunity to be great. This whole area Salisbury/Fruitland suffers from over population and run down schools. The principal is really good but something needs to be done about the school problems in this area. Go private school if you can.Parent Review9y ago - Bennett Middle School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI just posted but I want to make reply about all the other reviews. I hear the teachers are great, the education is great, but the school is not. Now, I do understand that we have higher expectations than when before AC was available, however, I don't think not having AC makes a school horrible. I believe it would have been just as affective if they updated the heating and AC systems and built extra rooms onto the school, as spending a lot of extra money on this new building. I'm not saying it's not nice to get something "new" but to save money, we could have just updated a few things, added more wonderful caring teachers and classrooms to make smaller classroom settings. The student to teacher ratios just aren't true on this site. All of them around say something like 15-16 students, per teacher. I have never seen a classroom without less than 23 students per classroom and that can reach as high as 28 students. It's hard not to be distracted with that many students and for teachers to teach that many children, especially w ADHD and autism on the rise. Like I said, though, I love Bennett and all of It's teachers. I have only seen wonderful things from the school.Parent Review10y ago - Fruitland Intermediate School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSchool administration is very poor. School does not want to work with parents with problems suspend students is their answer.
