"We are not residents of the city of Salisbury so we do not need to pay city taxes. We have very little traffic.Children can play safely outside. It's a quiet, friendly neighbourhood with a very low HOA."

"many safe communities suitable to raise children, a lot of things to do such as a movie theater, trampoline park, sports center, playgrounds, a zoo, etc. abundant child care and decent schools."
