About the Home & Room
I am a hardworking professional renting out two private bedrooms in my brand-new, 1,600 sq. ft. home in Salisbury. The house is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom layout. Myself, my spouse and our tiny dog (pet friendly) occupy the master bedroom, leaving bedrooms #2 and #3 available for rent.

All bedrooms are located on the second floor, alongside the guest bathroom and the laundry room. The kitchen and a half-bathroom are on the first floor.

The Bathroom Setup
To guarantee maximum comfort, the upstairs full bathroom and the downstairs half-bathroom are exclusively shared between the two renters in rooms #2 and #3. You will only be sharing your 1.5 bathrooms with one other vetted MALE roommate. (I will strictly use my own master bathroom).

What's Included

High-Speed Connectivity: Your bedroom is hardwired with a dedicated Ethernet port for lag-free gaming or remote work. (Internet speeds can be upgraded upon request).

Quiet Living: Enjoy a peaceful, private environment. All bedroom doors feature added soundproofing.

Comfort: Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, window blinds, and plush new carpet in the bedrooms.

Premium Laundry: Free access to a brand-new, high-end washer and dryer on the second floor.

Modern Kitchen: Full access to a shared kitchen with brand-new appliances and an integrated smart-home setup. (An additional fridge can be provided to maximize your space and convenience).

Smart Access: Dual access to your bedroom door via a traditional physical key and pin code.

Pet Friendly: Pets are welcome! (Please message for details on pet policies and fees).

Privacy & Security
Your safety and privacy are a priority. The house is equipped with an ADT smart security system. There are cameras covering the front door, front yard, and backyard. There is only one indoor camera, located strictly on the first floor covering the entry and common areas. Renters will be granted access to the security app to view camera feeds and control door access. There are absolutely no cameras on the second floor.

  • Nicole Alu-Parks
"People do not pick up the dog poop frequently but most of the dogs are very sweet and all are on a leash. "
  • Trulia User
"I believe the neighborhood has homeowners that have been living here for several generations. On the Westside of town, everyone knows everyone from grandparents. to grandkids"
  • Trulia User
"I Everyone is very friendly and loves animals. If one of our animals gets loose, we immediately go online, and everyone gets together and tries to find them. A lot of animals have been returned to their owners because of that kindness of the people that live in Huntington Park. "
  • Trulia User
"Lots of people walking dogs and picking up after them. Dogs are on leashes and not running loose. Friendly neighbors."
  • Trulia User
"Very quiet neighborhood and safe for children. neighbors are very friendly and look out for each other. "
  • Trulia User
"i don’t know i just go to work and go home it’s quiet for the most part i’ve also seen alot of kids around here so i guess if y’all have children i’d be fine "
  • Trulia User
"The high crime rate and nothing too for the younger kid's to do, not many stores on this end the west and not many places too go "
  • Trulia User
"neighborhood activities for kids during holidays, as well as contests for home decorating and community yardsales. for West Nithsdale at least"
  • TB
"It’s a good neighborhood. And like most neighborhoods, there’s good parts and bad parts. Just do your research on where you want to live. "
  • Robin B.
"I drive to and from everywhere I need to go. My commute is like 5 minutes. ................ what more can I say. My commute is not bad. I love it"
  • Supermegantotherescue
"no sidewalks, no trash cans. dirt bikes and 4 wheelers in traffic and residential streets. some areas of the neighborhood are pretty rough. "
  • Robin E. J.
"it's far enough out of the city to enjoy the quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Shopping centers and beaches are with in 30 minutes. There are local parks, restaurants nearby. Great housing within a 30 mile radius. "
  • Leif H.
"There is a dog park a few miles down the road, not to mention Salisbury Park has great trails nearby."
  • Merri W.
"There’s nothing to do for children from the ages of 11 to 19. The only thing there is to do is get in trouble. Salisbury does not care about its youth."
  • Brent W.
"I feel safe in this neighborhood. Big adjustment from living in the mountains but it wasn’t so bad. Very close to some bad areas though. "
  • Neka0228
"The school system is very good for my kids . They’re very many jobs as well . I lived here about two years and I liked it "

"I have lived in his neighborhood for a few years now. I love that I'm close to the park and shopping. Also close to the byways and highways. Less than 30 minutes from Ocean City."
  • Daniel J.
"I do not go to any community events. I'm not into the bar scene, movie theater is basic at best, and I'm not a university student. Part of Salisbury is college students, part is somewhat decent, and then part is just trashy crack head central! "
  • Wholeycow24
"The Salisbury Park, Salisbury Zoo, and Civic Center have events all the time. Some are even free to the public. "
  • Stephen W.
