"Easy to get downtown and most anywhere in central Dallas, conveniently located between Central Expwy and the Tollway "
  • Marymorgan
"I’ve lived here for almost 20 years and particularly like the small town feel - even though we are in the middle of Dallas. Nice people and great city management. Great place to raise families... lots of traditional values. (Some folks seem less dog friendly than it used to be due to new people who aren’t used to dogs I think.) "
  • Marymorgan
"I’ve been here 18 years and live the area. The emergency services are the best and we enjoy the parks"
  • Marymorgan
"People care about the schools and community events. Everyone might use cars but there are many transportation options including mass transit and ride share"
  • Eing1941
"HIghland Park is a great place for kids to grow up because it is very safe, and the schools are very near to the homes. If you live in HP, you know that all the kids are friendly and the schools are great! Schools are withing walking distance, but shopping and restaurants are farther away. Overall, HP is a great little neighborhood and I love it here! Sorry if the review was bad, I'm only 11!"
