Immaculate home that's never been rented,or owned by anyone other than original homeowner. Sam Greenough built for seller in 1988, a sunroom was added later. Great home for primary, second home, or weekly rental. Seller has taken excellent care of this home and keeps it in pristine condition. Well built, with easy maintenance of vinyl siding, and anderson casement windows,.Home has nice wood work with a juniper accent trim and Bay window in dining area. Owners added a florida/sitting room on south side of home on 1st level and huge master bath and storage area/office on 2nd level. Master bedroom has huge walk in closet. Nice lawn with irrigation system that's linked to a well. In 2010 owner got new Hunter programmer and had several sprinkler heads replaced. When the road was under construction they messed up the two sprinklers on the right side (as you drive in the driveway) but seller got a new pump where capacity covers that part of the lawn. Interior entrance, with utility room downstairs. Room could also have small bumper pool table or card table. All the windows on the sound side are tinted because of the afternoon sun. Home is not in a flood zone. Must see!

    "The school is not properly set up for academics. Since Covid, it seems the teachers are less face teaching and more computer teaching. Sports- if you were not born here then your child will have a difficult time making teams and fitting in. It’s Daddy’s ball for sure with all sports and clubs. Drugs are in the schools so teach your child what to be careful with. "
