There are three separate bedrooms (two of them can fit king beds plus other furniture), all with large closets, and lots of windows.

The eat in kitchen features granite countertops and tiled backsplash, separate windowed dining alcove, as well as a second space ideal for a small office or large pantry. Stainless Steel appliances, including dishwasher complete the kitchen. Fully tiled bathroom with a window round out the space. In addition, off the front bedroom is a large outdoor porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee, or evening glass of wine.

ALL utilities are included (except cable/internet)! Cats OK, sorry - no dogs.

Great location close to an abundance of shops and restaurants along Beverly Road, and Church and McDonald Avenues, as well a short walk to the F and G trains at Church Avenue.
