We are going to move to be nearer our Grandchildren, so we're selling our house.

The unfinished side of the basement could be made into a larger family room, more bedrooms, workshop, and/or a storage area.

11. Added RV/trailer parking pad beside garage.
12. 30 amp RV outlet on the driveway.
The attached garage is about 24x24 with two 9x7 doors with openers, so my 4x4 crew-cab pickup and her van both fit nicely with room to spare for a workbench in front. There is also adequate room between them, so you don't bang the door on the other vehicle when you get in or out.
The house has six inch walls and is economical to heat and cool, and there is a whole house attic fan in the hallway. There is a small patio outside the basement door. There are 4 apple trees on the back of the property, and we have large, mature maple trees in the yard. There is also a 4 mile paved walking/bicycle trail that begins right at our culdesac.
