Tenant may not cook or barbecue on any porch or within 15 feet of any building.
Tenant won't place any sign, advertisement, or notice so that it's visible outside the property.
Tenant won't add or change any locks without prior written consent of Landlord.
Unusually heavy items like pianos and safes are only allowed if landlord agrees that the weight is reasonable for the property's floor.
Tenant is responsible for Lawn care and Lawn mowing for front lawn and back yard.
Landlord is responsible for trimming for bushes.
Land Lord can access outside / surrounding area of the house with proper prior notice to tenant for any maintenance and any necessary maintenance.
During last 2 months of lease tenant will reasonably accommodate for viewing of property by future tenants
Landlord can enter in to the property or access the property incase of Emergency situation.
Tenant to maintain proper temperature during summer using HVAC vacation/ long time away from home to ensure that electronic items and wooden structures are not damaged and also control humidity levels / to avoid

"I’ve lived in this area since I was born. The town is small and the only thing you must attend is the Matthews alive parade Labor Day weekend other than that it’s a clean town. And very friendly. "
