  • Trulia User
"There is nothing here that makes my neighborhood feel special..............................................................."
  • Trulia User
"This neighborhood is getting better but is not that great area for kids! I also live right by the high school and elementary and during the day it's not as bad but there is some crazy things that have went on like people wandering into my property unfortunately!"
  • Trulia User
"My neighbors and neighborhood is central located in Amphi High Schools area All schools. Grade school, Middle school, and High School near my home. Very busy during school seasons. Don't usually do the outside at nights, unless accompanying me. ā˜ŗļøšŸ˜Ž"
  • Trulia User
"walking and busing regularly. Usually not to bad at day time. Neighborhood is common ground to me after being here three years."
  • Trulia User
"they are trying to clean up the area by making rent way higher!! it's hard for families just starting out as far as the rent is very high not to have roommates now days."
  • Trulia User
"it looks like I would love to be a tenant here looks safe for my husband and I since we're both disabled "
  • Trulia User
"Neighborhood is full and there are more drug addicts wandering the streets. Doesn't feel as safe as it did 4 years ago when I moved here. Mostly people here keep to their own business, but foot traffic is relatively heavy due to homelessness and people looking to porch pirate."
  • Trulia User
"Traffic is pretty bad in this area however the I-10 is close it takes about 15 minutes to get downtown."
  • Trulia User
"it's a very pet friendly neighborhood every apartment complex seems to have a dog park in them. most apartment complexes that allow pets and in the morning while driving to work I regularly see people walking their dogs and pets as well. I don't know if there's a lot of lonely people or just people who love pets. Haha"
  • Trulia User
"Management is a revolving door. Drug addicts and dealers all around. Garbage everywhere on the property. People do not pick after their dogs. "
  • Jessica C.
"There seems to be a lot of dogs getting off leash or escaping their yards. They don’t seem dangerous to humans but I wouldn’t walk my dog down the street in case one of the loose dogs came after my dog."
  • Carlo S.
"I think my neighborhood has the essentials like a grocery store, a laundromat, car wash. more Duplexs less trailers "
  • Victoria M.
"It’s terrible and the traffic is awful around Roger and stone because of the back ups and school at prince and roger. "
  • Mst4u2
"This neighborhood has very multiple convenient public transportation stops, making it very easy to commute to where you need to go."
  • Alexandria O.
"I like Prince Elementary and it’s close to a good variety of shopping. Close to Tucson Mall which is nice."
  • D.j. H.
"I’ve lived here for 3 years and it’s nothing but druggies, homeless people, dirty needles in the street and gunshots. "
  • Addy B.
"The neighbors are friendly, the landlord is nice. My favorite thing is that the section in such we live is completely tucked away. When I first found out there was a entire neighborhood here I was confused, because you don’t see it just driving down the street. I would say that you have to be careful around the outskirts of the neighborhood, and definitely don’t walk at night, or let kids walk by themselves, there have been some sketchy instances. Overall, the landscape is pretty, and the layout of the houses are great. It is within walking distance of two amazing schools, and very close to pretty much any store you want to go to. It’s a pretty nice place to live."
  • D.j. H.
"My neighborhood is full of druggies, homeless people and stray cats and dogs. Not family friendly. We hear gunshots almost every night. "
  • Clara R.
"dogs run wild no leash. no one cleans after there dog. it's not a a sage place unless u keep to yourself"
  • Shizunamisaitou
"my community is ok but not the safest place to stay. to many drugs and police around not a great place to raise a family"
  • Evelyn P.
"I have no idea... Most of my neighbors are from different countries and mostly studying at U of A. It's nice to get to know them."
  • Mylacannetwins
"It's a BAD neighborhood, high crime, horrible people! Constant shady people, drug addicts, and theft. Not a great place for kids to be living around!"
  • Shizunamisaitou
"not the best place to live. to much " traffic" not a great place to raise a loving family. I prefer an area that meets the guidlines"
