We have located mini splits in the living room and in each bedroom they are cooling and heater. This unit includes 1 parking space where is gated. Laundry is shared on site. This is a building ran by electricity so you wont have to worry about a gas bill. Yes we are pet friendly we take one small pet under 25 pounds for an extra $50 monthly fee.

My neighbors are polite but not nosy, and I feel very safe here. The only thing I don’t like is that it takes about 20 minutes to reach any freeway due to numerous stop signs, traffic lights, traffic and distance. "

    "I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 6 years. It’s pretty quiet and it seems most people like to keep to themselves and not cause a ruckus. I run around 8-9pm in the dark and generally feel pretty safe. The thing you most likely have to lookout for are the coyotes. Other than that, I enjoy living in the neighborhood and it seems like it’s safe enough that parents don’t mind letting their kids out to play."
