    "Don’t be outside after dark. Keep an eye out for people that don’t belong in your neighborhood. Intersection or 547 and Ronald Reagan needs a turn lane. The mosquitoes are very bad in loughman."

    "To much traffic!! No respect from the people that are moving into the neighborhood. Everyone is in to big of a hurry. The red light didn’t help. The toll road opening didn’t help residents. It only helps the emergency personnel. Can’t wait to move out of this area!! "

    "Nice community just needs more tlc and a grocery store or 2. A couple of gas stations and a nice mom and pop store/restaurant. More AFFORDABLE housing would help also as these vacation rentals and their $1300-$1700 a month rent is getting crazy. "

    "Great area to visit, plenty of choices to choose for food, we have had family come visit and we always look from Champions Gate and go towards Lakeland. We try to avoid I-4 to Orlando due to high traffic volume. We hope to see the expansion of Lake Wilson soon since we have the new WaWa and shopping center being built in the area. But overall, it is a good area to visit, live, or stop in and see. We can hardly wait to see what things come to the area over the next few years."

    "I’ve lived here for one year, and have driven around other neighborhoods during garage sales, or during Christmas to view lights. It is an area that is great to live, but it also is very close to attractions that bring in the tourist. So the typical busy season for Disney means shopping my at your local Publix will take longer or something you are looking for may be out that day/week. But the openness of the neighbors and the ability to go outside my house at night without worry of anything going wrong is nice. I also appreciate that we have neighbors that will help with yard work or recommendations for places to check out."
