The location is within close walking distance to Ysabel Barnett elementary school and all of the amenities of Harveston, including the pool and club house .

Lease includes garbage and front yard landscaping. You will be responsible for water, electric and gas. Additionally, the home is covered by a home warranty that covers appliances, plumbing and electrical components. There is a $100 service call charge that will either be paid by me or you the tenant , depending upon the issue.
