Additionally, the home is covered by a home warranty that covers appliances, plumbing and electrical components. There is a $100 service call charge that will either be paid by me or you the tenant , depending upon the issue. For example , a stopped up toilet due to over filling would be your responsibility, while , for example a water leak or an appliance not working (not due to negligence ) would be mine. Additionally, the house is non smoking/non vaping and no pets. Lease term is 1 year.
