Backup water coverage

The landlord will maintain homeowners insurance on the property. The landlord is not responsible for tenant loss, damage, theft, or liability.

Credit and background checks will be required.

Move-in Cost: First month's rent + security deposit

House Rules
pets are allowed we just ask please keep it clean and not smelly.
The landlord reserves the right to inspect the property with at least 24 hours' prior notice, but is not like we are going to be there all the time.
