About this House

This has been our home for the past seven years, and during that time we've thoughtfully renovated and customized it around one simple idea: making everyday life more comfortable. From the redesigned kitchen with custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, generous pantry space and a convenient touch faucet, to the incredible amount of storage including an oversized primary closet and an additional walk-in storage closet we paid attention to the little things that make a home genuinely easy to live in.

The apartment is bright, welcoming, and filled with beautiful city views on Millennium Park. Thoughtful built-ins, upgraded lighting, and a comfortable, open layout make it feel like a real home rather than just another downtown condo.

What makes living here even more special is everything just outside the door. The building offers some of the most distinctive amenities right in the building - including its iconic glass-domed indoor pool, fitness facilities, racquetball/squash and basketball courts, saunas, hot tub, sundecks, Turkish and Scandinavian-style saunas, and much more. Grant Park, the lakefront, Navy Pier, and downtown Chicago are all part of everyday life here.

We have loved this home, made many memories here, and cared for it accordingly. Now we're ready to share it with someone who will hopefully enjoy living here as much as we have.

There is a building move in fee. Internet and cable plus gas and heat and garbage included in rent. Lessee pays only electricity. Minimum one year looking for 16/17 months to align with regular chicago rental market. Non smoking
