We have a room available in 400 E. 6th St, Unit A2: $499 rent and $49 for amenities. Each room comes with a sink, mirror, wood floors, and 2 racks for your clothes! Located above Chupacabra Cantina.

Details: Internet. Washer and dryer in-unit. Maid service comes once per month to clean the bathroom and the common areas (living room and kitchen). Sorry guys, no pets are allowed. One person per room. You'll lease the room and share the common areas with other month-to-month tenants. Parking is not provided.

$499 Monthly Rent and $49 for amenities.
