FIRST SHOWING, THIS SATURDAY (June 6th) Open House 12-1:30pm - PLEASE ATTEND

Situated on a beautiful tree-lined block surrounded by historic homes and classic Brooklyn architecture, this bright and airy one bedroom residence offers an exceptional Prospect Lefferts Gardens lifestyle just moments from Prospect Park.

Nearly 10-foot ceilings, oversized windows, and a thoughtful layout allow the apartment to live larger than expected while filling the space with natural light throughout the day. The open-concept living and dining area offers excellent flexibility for entertaining, working from home, or simply relaxing, while the breakfast island creates a natural gathering space at the center of the home.

The oversized bedroom comfortably accommodates a king-sized bed with room for additional furniture, a desk, or reading nook. Hardwood floors, recessed lighting, split-system air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a video intercom system add to the home's comfort and convenience.

The windowed kitchen offers abundant cabinet storage, generous countertop space, a breakfast island, Bosch dishwasher, microwave, and a brand-new refrigerator. Residents also enjoy access to a shared laundry room.

Heat, electricity, and WiFi are all included in the rent, providing exceptional value and predictable monthly expenses.

The location is truly the highlight. Prospect Park's Lincoln Road entrance is just moments away, providing immediate access to nearly 600 acres of green space, running trails, tennis courts, ball fields, and year-round recreation. The Prospect Park B and Q station is nearby, offering a quick commute to Downtown Brooklyn, Atlantic Terminal, and Manhattan.

Neighborhood favorites including Lincoln Market, PLG Coffee House, Camillo, Midwood Flats, Risbo, and numerous local cafes, restaurants, shops, dry cleaners, and everyday conveniences are all within easy reach. Few Brooklyn neighborhoods offer this combination of historic charm, park access, express transit, and community feel.

"It is a Decent commute, everything is within 15 minutes to 1 hour. There is a bus on most routes and a way to get to a subway station to be able to get to your destination. When it comes to transportation this borough has the most transportation by far. "

"i adore this neighborhood, a ton of grocery stores nearby. it’s beautiful in all seasons. lots of nice restaurants. the park nearby is also great"

"Good transportation but for the last three weekends the trains have not been running. There is a bus stop which helps but the subway is not always reliable. That is all I have to say. "

"Proximity to all means of transportation bus trains and taxi service, Prospect park facility availability is better hop skip and a jump , traffic is a bit crowded at times everybody busy to go in the same direction nowhere . Proximity to the local hospital kings County about a five minute walk up all three minute drive depending on traffic although also Barclay center is about 10 minutes by bus"
  • Trulia User
"nothing much, we come together and have fun and everyone is security conscious, and we look out for our neighbors at all time "
  • Lareeree
"I’ve lived in this neighborhood directly facing Prospect Park for 12 years. The neighborhood has wonderful attributes with access to the park, Botanical Garden, Zoo, library and museum being very high on the list. Many aspects of the neighborhood have deteriorated as well. The entrance to the park area has crime, homelessness, littering and over crowding in the warmer months. We are leaving this neighborhood after suffering many of these issues. Mainly our dog has become very anxious because of all-night sound and fireworks throughout the summer nights. If you have no dog and no young babies it is worth checking out."
  • Patrick O.
"Difficult to say I don't own a dog, but the proximity to Prospect Park I assume would be a plus for 🐕 owners."
  • Juanluisarias
"I think that this is a good place and friendly , nice , safe to go to the park and good for the kids growing up and the is so kind and good"
  • Juanluisarias

  • Cat V.
"Easy peasy! We have the 2/5 train two blocks one way and the Q train is two blocks in the other way. You cannot beat it for the price and safety. "
  • Shantel F.
"I've lived here for 3 years and the area has really grown on me every thing is so close by and convenient. stores, place's to eat, and transportation. "
  • Michael B.
"We have a great block association and gardening committee. There is great pride for the block and how we act as neighbors"
  • Vaughn M.

"I've lived in this area for more then 45 years and I love it here. the community has changed over the years but just so quiet and peaceful here it like living in the suburbs. the park and the beautiful changes you see, all the season's from the first snow fall to the changes of the leaves its so beautiful in my neighborhood. would leave this area for no one.
