One bedroom up a steep flight of stairs to lovely attic with skylights, cathedral ceilings, and treadmill. I am a faculty member who will be on leave for the academic year.
Owner will pay for water, trash pickup, and wifi. Renter is responsible for gas/electric and cleaner ($115/week).

Small class sizes (my sons K class had only 12 kids!) mean lots of teacher-student interaction. Teachers engage the kids with interesting projects and they use the outdoor nature campus for many learning opportunities. The principal was great too. The class sizes are small, teachers are enthusiastic and supported by their administrators and there is a real sense of community. There is a curriculum centered around gardens and farming. Classes are small, teachers are committed, there is a great number of aides supporting teachers, and there is good social-emotional support. We have experience some minor level of bullying that has been addressed strongly and assertively by leadership, including direct involvement of the Principal who is very approachable and involved in all school matters.
