The primary bedroom on the second floor includes an en-suite bath and a separate deck to enjoy your coffee. A powder room, walk-in pantry, and two work areas with 32-inch high-definition monitors complete the second floor.
Neighborhood description
Our home is part of a private development which has wide, paved roads and little traffic. There are tennis and pickleball courts that are accessible to members of our property owner's association and will be available for your use.
We are across Milestone Road from the Serengeti which has miles of beautiful trails for walking, running, and biking. We are a short bike ride or drive from downtown Sconset where you can get coffee, ice cream, groceries or enjoy the beach, playground or Bluff walk. You can see the Sankaty Head light house from our kitchen window.

"I’ve lived in Nantucket for 9 years and it’s a nice place to live , however the cost of living is outrageous...! !! Actually 497% above the national average.. the cost increases every day and is displacing locals on a regular basis.. it’s a huge problem that currently does not have a practical solution.."

"Nantucket is very dog friendly community! Lots of public land for them to run...woods, fields, beaches. Even many of the stores welcome them...and leave water on the sidewalks for them. : )"
