"Highly walkable, safe, quiet neighborhood on the Shining Sea Bikepath and a very short stroll to everything Falmouth Village has to offer including the library, hospital, bars, restaurants and shops. Even on the Peter Pan Busline so residents and visitors can travel straight from Boston's South Station (and hence the entire T-system) or the Airport without need for a car. One stoplight between here and Woods Hole. Walking access to Beebe Woods hiking trails. And, of course, because it is in Falmouth, residents to have access to all Falmouth beaches for free year round."
