Wollaston Beach is right down the street less than 5 minute walk. 1 included off street parking space with lots of street parking available. Pets are negotiable. Cold water is included in rent. Coin-operated laundry in the basement. Pets negotiable, no aggressive or over 100 lb dog breeds.
