All utilities are included in this well stocked, furnished home. Tenant is responsible for snow removal. You will be required to undergo tenant screening and sign a month-to-month lease upon move in. The house is available from Oct-May.

Options for Renting:
1) Basic Package:
-The pricing that we have listed is the basic monthly price option which includes utilities and furniture. Security deposit is $4,000

2) Mid-Package:
-Includes everything from option 1, plus bi-weekly housekeeping. If you choose this option, we will provide the ice melt for you to use on the driveway and the front steps as well as propane for the grill. These will be restocked bi-weekly when housekeeping comes. This will be a month-to-month lease at $5,000/Month. Security Deposit is $3,000.

3) Premium Package:
-Includes everything above plus everything we include for our short-term guest. This packages also includes weekly housekeeping and restocking of the included amenities and professional snow removal services. Every week when housekeeping comes to freshen up the place, they will also restock the wide variety of amenities we provide with this package. These amenities include, but are not limited to laundry detergent, fabric softener, bodywash, shampoo, conditioner, basic spices, coffee, sugar, creamer, cooking oil, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Housekeeping will replace old towels and linens with fresh new ones. This will be a month-to-month rental agreement at $6,500/Month. The security deposit is $2,000.

Fees:
Rentals of over one month:
-Application fee for background check, rental history, credit check, and reference check.
-Security Deposit is listed above (refundable)
-Pet fee of $175/pet/month (non-refundable)
-Pet deposit of $175/pet (refundable)
-Credit Card fee of 3% if paying by credit card.
-Month-to-Month Rental Agreement required

*Note on housekeeping*
I highly recommend choosing an option with housekeeping. It has proven to be beneficial to both the tenant and owner as this helps keep the house in great condition. This in return increases the chances of the security deposit being returned in full tremendously. If you do not want one of the higher tier options, but you do want housekeeping, just ask and we can get with the housekeeping team to work something out for you.

"Not a lot of sidewalks in neighborhoods in Kalispell. But they’re always updating things so maybe one day soon"
  • Kwm5912
"The Picnic in the Park events in the summer. Great place to meet your neighbors and listen to a little music from a local musician. Imbibe in a little refreshment, eat aa few well procured snacks, have a little fun."
  • TJ
"It’s a great community to live and work in. The people are nice and friendly and I love the rural feeling."
  • TJ
"There is really no public transportation, but you can walk or ride a bike to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, etc."
  • Crystal Salvaggio
"This is a very poor area as far as being a dog friendly. There is nowhere at all to let your dog out to run and to play the only exercise you can get is on leash very disappointing."
  • Karen Mcelaney
"Easy commute to all surrounding destinations. Whitefish, Glacier National Park, Flathead Lake are all in super close proximity."
  • Kelola2
"The commute to town is busy during rush hour during morning and after work. The traffic never stops completely, and is able to go the posted speed during this time.."
  • Uncle T.
"short fences dogs can jump wish more people cleaned up after their dog cats suck but kill mice Great neighborhood "
  • Tricia B.
"This is a great place to raise family. Good school good churches. The cost of housing is high as there is a lot of tourists and vacation rentals. More and more people are relocating. Evergreen is probably the highest in crime and drug use around here. "
  • Cameron L. S.
"all the events that are in the community make the community special even the big the small and allg g "
  • No266h
"Amazing small town feel walking through the neighborhood after dinner. Friendly people and families on walks!!"

  • Holliskmay

  • Pad_e2
"I use to live here and enjoy the atmosphere it has....it change a lot since I've lived in Idaho but look forward to buying my dream house as you d say... I will have a portion of my life back... but in getting here I've found that a lot of relators have their own pockets in mind and not the service I am looking for.. I've come to the conclusion though that I still think Montana has and still maintains the mountain country feel.... but that a true Montana native can really only appreciate those words."
  • Shortnstuf
"I think they would like the sidewalks and grassy areas and parks. Lots of room for dogs to roam and people are very tolerant of animals."
  • itsnonsense_182
"Not a single thing at all sadly the neighbors are nosey and feel the need to question and call the cops on everything"
  • Sarah K.
"beautiful views, friendly people, very little crime, just far enough from town but close enough to stores and restaurants"
  • Aimee S. R.
"We've lived in our neighborhood 9 years....it is private...quiet with a tremendous view of the mountains"
  • cdw2377
"Live in area, nice neighborhood, beautiful views. Owner of new construction home on 1.37 acres."
