Hi all :3! I'm looking for a roommate or 2 to fill a room that I have near ASU.

Ideally looking for 2 people to come fill the 2 rooms!

The crossroads are 40th St and Baseline. It's about 12 minutes from ASU.

$600 a month + util. Has a garden, pool, and is in a gated community. Ton of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

We have 2 cats. Dining room, living room is fully furnished, rooms are not. Kitchens are full of appliances.

Usual term is 6-12 months!
