About this House

This unit was previously advertised last month and had a tenant signed, however we have mutually decided to terminate the lease instead of having them move in so it is available again. If you applied before, please message me again and let me know that you are interested. Walls have been freshly painted, there is a new ductless heat and AC system installed, and unit is ready for move in. I will provide a nema 14-50R outlet in the garage if you need one for EV charging.

This house is on a VERY quiet street, with no traffic besides the few people who live on the street and is an ideal place for families. The yard is fenced, and has good sunlight for gardening. The home is older and some things are showing their age, but has a nice feel because of the peaceful location and single level layout with large living room and patio windows. I have upgraded some things like the lighting and floors, and HVAC system. Other things such as the popcorn ceilings and cabinets, are typical 1970s decor but mostly in good shape for their age.

I am intending to move into both of these units in the summer of 2029 or 2030, when my kids will be starting school. Please keep this in mind if you want to move into the home, so you can plan accordingly. Pet policy is one pet total, either 1 cat or 1 dog.

Thanks!
