About this House

This duplex will be available to move in around week of July 6, and is currently availible for viewing. Please apply through Zillow and select a time when you want to tour.

I just had a long-term renter move out of this unit and the one next door (3945 Oak Street), and I am completing a few repairs and upgrades right now.

The work that I have scheduled will include:

- Single zone Bosch 18,000 btu ductless system
-Electronic deadbolt (simple model with key backup, tenant will program the codes)
-New paint to match 3945 Oak color scheme
-New back patio door
-Better light in garage
-New dishwasher

Other things as needed.

and new vinyl patio doors, along with other things as needed.

I can provide a NEMA 14-50 outlet in the garage if needed for EV charging.

This house is on a VERY quiet street, with no traffic besides the few people who live on the street and is an ideal place for families. The yard is fenced, and has good sunlight for gardening. The home is older and some things are showing their age, but has a nice feel because of the peaceful location and single level layout with large living room and patio windows. I have previously upgraded some things like the lighting and floors, and will be investing a large amount of money to install the new ductless HVAC system. Other things such as the popcorn ceilings and cabinets, are typical 1970s decor but mostly in good shape for their age.

I am intending to move into both of these units in the summer of 2029 or 2030, when my kids will be starting school. Please keep this in mind if you want to move into the home, so you can plan accordingly. Pet policy is one pet total, either 1 cat or 1 dog.

Thanks!
