Live at the beach at Belmont Pier in Belmont Shore, and step onto the bike path and the walking path along the ocean without even crossing the street! Welcome to Belmont Shore Condominums, a building right at the pier, close to the action and everything there is to do in this fabulous beach community. This condo is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath with balcony, located on the walk-street side of the building, where you have a view of the famous Belmont Brewing Company (locals know this as the BBC), and various shops and other eateries. The condo is beautifully maintained with pride of ownership, with a full kitchen of appliances including stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge (all included), a beautiful custom tile mural of the Belmont Pier and ocean view over the sink, a spacious living room, a quiet bedroom with closet and storage, and flawless bathroom, and best of all a very welcoming balcony on which you can sit for hours enjoying a great book or a cup of coffee while experiencing the beach scene unfolding below you in real time. It's an idyllic location you won't want to ever leave. Speaking of location, you are across the street from the market (grocery store), and just blocks from 2nd Street's exciting restaurants and specialty shops. For those who love to walk or ride bikes, it's a paradise as you'll never have to use your car after you park in your own deeded parking space in the gated parking.

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school has repeatedly left gates open with no adult staff around leaving the possibility for children to wander off or strangers to wander in. Teachers say bad words to the kids. The front desk is terrible at answering the phone and calling back when you leave a message. There is constant fights that the staff don't stop. There are kids constantly hitting other kids and they are allowed to stay in class. I would not go here if the district actually gave a choice. It's a terrible school with terrible staff. Do not go here.Parent Review5mo ago - Mann Elementary School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI ATEENDED THIS SCHOOL MANY MANY MANY YEARS AGO. AND STILL THE GREAT AND BEAUTIFUL TEACHERS AND COUNSELOS THAT TAUGHT ME TO LEARN AND RESPECT ALL PEOPLE AROUND ME. I REMBER ONE MORNING AND AFTERNOON MY YOUNGER SISTER WHOM ALSO ATTENDED MANN ELEMENTARY SCHOLL WAS WAITING FOR AT THE CLASSROOM SO THAT WE COULD WALK HOME TOGETHER. YES. I WAS AT MANN SCHOLL FOR 6 FULL YEARS AND THEN MOVED TO JEFFERSON MIDDLE SCHOOL,GRADUATING INTHE YEAR 1967 AND FINALLY GOING PROGRESS HIGH SCHOOL AND WAS WHEN I GOT MY FINAL DIPLOMA FROM PROGRESS HIGH SCHOOL. THEN ON TOO LBCITY COLLEGE FOR 2 YEARS AND 1 AND 1/2 YEARS OF SUMMERCLASSES AT LBCITY COLLEGE. MY SCHOOL YEARS WERE VERY GOOD SOME OF THE TIME. I WAS FRIENDLY TO ALL AROUND ME I NEVER MADE ANY TROUBLE TOWARDS ANYONE. HAD ALITTLE TROUBLE WITH SOME OF MY SUBJECTS AND WITH THE HELP OF MY MOM AND PAPA I WAS ALWAYS RECEIVING MY DIPLOMIES. MATH AND SOMETIMES HISTORY WAS HARD. SPELLING WAS OK. NO COMPLAINTSParent Review1y ago - Wilson High School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageGraduating class of '23, this school has only gone down since i got here in 2019. Wilson does not have enough discipline when it comes to kids wandering campus during class or when it comes to vaping and drug use especially in bathrooms. Instead of punishing the children involved their solution is to lock up multiple bathrooms at the same time restricting access to the students. These "solutions" are all similar in nature when it comes to various problems. The school strongly favors minority groups and the amount of assignments and clubs and months and weeks surrounding "inclusivity" are outrageous. I do not feel represented in this school. This school is highly politically biased and I'll leave it at that. Many kids at this school have horrible attitudes and i feel that the low work ethics of said students brush off on others. I am not saying that all kids are like this, but a very high amount of them are. If I could pick my high school again I would not pick Wilson.Student Review1y ago - Check out schools near 3939 E Allin St #217.

"Hard to get out of the neighborhood. One way streets, hardly used bike lanes, annoying roundabouts, not close to any freeway, that adds 15+ mins to your commute. I’m moving "

"Dogs are always welcomed however there are dog owners who are not responsible and leave poop on lawns and sidewalks. They should pick up after their dogs."
- Julie L.
- Resident

"Dogs are a common staple here since they are so welcome and loved in this neighborhood; however, owners won’t mind standing on your lawn which their dogs use the restroom on and won’t pick it up. Even if you have a sign or even a small fence, they will welcome themselves in and leave the mess! I would say 80% of people who live here have dogs, but the 20% that don’t, hate the ones that do and will make sure you know it. "

"It’s a great community of neighbors who all know each other. Location can’t be beat! It’s amazing to be able to walk to restaurants, shopping, groceries, the gym, the beach, and so much more! "

"Belmont Shore is known for its intimate beach setting. The neighborhood is a very close community! Great for holidays and strolling to the beach during the day and for sunsets. "

"I have lived in Belmont Shores for a year now and absolutely love it. Every single home is taken care of, not one eye sore. Its the kind of place where a piece of llitter on the sidewalk would find its way into my hand because it looked so out of place. Not a snobby place by all means however. The cost of living is affordable for this beachfront community with its many amenitiies. The dog beach that spans the length of the enclave, the trendy and hip shops, bars, and ethnic restaurants on 2nd Street. set the living platform for a fairly diverse, friendly while not nosey group of singles, couples, retirees and some young families to prosper from within. Everyone is always seemingly happy and the permeating lovely fresh sea breaze and pretty environment is why. I am convinced."
