3. Security Deposit
A $1,500 security deposit is required upon signing. Refundable within 7 days after move-out, less any deductions for damages, unpaid rent, or lease violations.
4. Utilities
Electricity is provided by the landlord and capped at $200/month. Any usage beyond the cap will be billed to the tenant. Property uses well water and has no gas service.
