Rent- $1595 per month (minimum 10 month lease).
Utilities not included, owner pays for water. Renter responsible for gas and electric.
Security deposit- first month's rent.
Good credit 700 +, $25 application fee (per applicant)
Income verification - paystubs (two months) or bank statements.
