Rent- $2395 per month ( minimum 10 month lease).
Utilities not included, owner pays for water. Renter responsible for gas and electric.
Security deposit- first month's rent.
Credit 700+, $25 application fee (per applicant)
Income verification - paystubs (two months) or bank statements.
Pets are allowed with $25 pet rent (please provide pictures). No pet deposit.
