Please note the kitchen is equipped for only light cooking: microwave, hotplate and toaster oven. It does not have a full size stove/range. No smoking or drug use of any kind allowed on the property. Tiny House is located in a fire risk area. 12 month lease preferred, 6 month lease will be considered. Due to the small size, this space is ideal for one person, such as a postdoc, visiting professor, or new faculty saving to buy a home.
