-Screening report by a consumer agency, $50 each applicant
-Screening report only charged after application is reviewed
-no co-signing
Ground for denial will result from the following for all applicants:
-Verified unpaid eviction on credit report or verified from landlord
-Unpaid rental collection on credit report
-Balance owing to landlord
-Open or non-discharged bankruptcy
-2 or more late payments, NSF checks or lease violations withing last 12 months
-Unverifiable social security number
-Falsification on rental application
-Breaking lease that results in collection filing
-Felonies and misdemeanors will be dealt with on a case by case basis

    "A lot of transients in the area. Therefore there is a lot of garbage and broken glass around. Probably due to the jail being located in the middle of town and many shelters and such in the area. Also, the town seems to lack adequate lighting in the neighborhoods. "

    "The neighborhood is quite with easy access to I-5 from 41st st. Located parallel to Broadway and Colby this street runs from the Everett Stadium, home of the Auquasox baseball, and the Court house on the North end. The Comcast Arena is within walking distance as well as the downtown area which has been revitalized in the past few years. The Everett Clinic as well as many professional business' are all withing walking distance. Many at the Clinic and Courthouse use Rockefeller to walk during lunches and Kiwanis Park is a good spot for a sit down lunch. Local food is varied and there are lots of ethnic choices including Thai, Mexican, Italian, Irish, Chinese and American fair. "
