Convenient to get downtown via Southeast Blvd. Easy to get to the I-90 freeway to get to the Valley, Airway Heights, and area near the freeway. Not as cozy a neighborhood as the west side of the South Hill. More commercial but you get the conveniences."

    "From Linclon Heights, it's pretty quick to get downtown and to the valley via the i-90 freeway. It's 5 or 10 minutes to get downtown and 15 or 20 minutes to the valley depending on where you're going. It is really nice being close to the Altamont and Freya freeway entrances to hop on the freeway and get somewhere quick. "

The one thing I know that is not tolerated is when a dog is continuously barking and won't stop or if its after 10:00 o'clock. "
