Numerous picture windows in the living areas and in the owners retreat, which has a spectacular view of sunsets, evening lights, and lightning shows during stormy weather. The Saltillo tiled kitchen has Whirpool stainless electric stove and microwave installed in July 2009 and a late model Whirpool Gold dishwasher. Much cabinet and counter space. The kitchen has room for an island and there are folding doors that can be closed when you don't want to reveal the cooking or preparations in the kitchen while entertaining. Kitchen Updates include Granite countertops with tile backsplash, Stainless Steel Sink and Faucet with Multi-Function Pull-out Wand. The home has plenty of space for entertaining large groups and is perfect for intimacy and privacy as well. There's room to roam around and find a quiet space away even when there is a number of people in the home. The lowest level of this multi level home has a raised ceiling in the large sunken living room, a wood burning fireplace, a full bath, a large laundry room with built in cabinets, a large mud/storage room with plenty of room for shelving and even a chest freezer and room to spare, and a flex room that can be a bedroom, office, study, or hobby room with a closet and built in shelving and cabinets. The mud/storage room includes an entry door from the side of the home. There is a large covered deck located at the rear of home which has been recently renovated. This area could be turned into a screened sunroom with another storage area below or even a little basement. It would also be ideal for an above ground pool with the entrance to the pool on the level of the large deck. Part of the roof to this deck is a balcony off the owner's retreat, which is large enough for a sitting area to enjoy the views and serenity of the country view and setting behind the home. The area between the boundary of the home and the woods maintained by the city is large enough to enjoy outdoor games. The carport is large enough for two SUVs and more storage. This great home is located above the Lion's Park and is a traditional style home with approximately 3014' on a 9800' lot according to CAD.
