    "I lived 20 years in that area, grew up my children there, we are good neighbors, has always been quiet, unafraid of anything, have never stolen me anything, or attempted theft."
  • "I own 2 properties and moving to Killeen a year ago August 2011 I found rent to be rediculous so I found a house in great condition but in down town killeen were there is a stigma that its full of thugs, drugs and prositution. Since moving in I have had no issues with anyone. There are more police trafficing the area than I can care to count. The area is not what it use to be from 10 years ago. Its a great investment area and people are slowly realizing the area isnt as bad as it once was. There are pockets were I wouldnt want to live, mostly the apartment complexes, but outside of that the area is good and there are many parks close by."
