There is currently a military family renting the house on a month to month lease, that can stay in the house if you want to rent or can be out in 30 days.. The house was freshly painted and a privacy fence was put up prior to the tenants moving in and AC unit was just replaced with brand new unit and a brand new roof is on the house, only 2 weeks old.
