Newer Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen(microwave,dishwasher, refrigerator, and oven). Has a Florida room and clear view of pool from kitchen. Also, has ADT security as well.

10 month lease(1 Dec 19).Any holes dug by pets in the yard will be filled and leveled. Also the tenant shall maintain and clean yard and clean up any animal waste in a timely manner. Pool and lawn must be maintained. No painting or modification to interior of home.

It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is. South Crestview isn't too bad, with the city expanding and new homes being built next to nicer newer homes and apartment complexes. Be wise. "
