Beautiful seasonal view and convenient location to high way 35 and 190 to the level one trauma center, level two Children's hospital, VA, clinics, and a variety of business centers.
Three large yards for kids and pets to play together or separately. The Middle yard dog kennel or poultry coop is secure and versatile.
House has central AC and window units per preference. A washer, a dryer, a chest freezer, and a side door fridge/icemaker is available. Most of the windows have allergen repellent window screens and some have cordless shades. No carpets. Established asparagus plants and a young grape plant at the side yard. A variaty of mature omega 3 pasture grass covers the middle and the back yard for poultries lovers. The owner is flexible with growing own gardens.

The owner will help with the lawn mowing.
Very quiet location that close to the nature with the least train noise and through traffic.
Looking outside from each window is a moment of relaxation from busy life style outside there.
Electricity, water, pest control are not included in the rental fee.
Need to show proof of steady income and acceptable credits.
