About this House

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 2-car garage, 2-car carport, brick house is north of Texas A&M in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance of the campus. It features larger than average bedrooms and hardwood floors in all rooms except in the den/dining area which is carpeted, the kitchen which has vinyl tile and both bathrooms which have ceramic tile. The kitchen is complete with a frost-free refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, garbage disposal, vent hood, tile countertops, lots of cabinets, pantry, breakfast bar and ceiling fan. The house has a new central air conditioning and a gas heating system. The washer and dryer and a new 50 gal. gas water heater are in the two-car garage. The back yard is fenced, has a metal storage building and lots of trees. Pets are allowed.

Directions: From University Dr., take Nagle St. past the Catholic Church down the hill to the stop sign at Foch St. Turn left, go one block and turn right onto Oaklawn. The house is at the far end of the street on the right.
