"traffic is a nightmare in Miami , extreme lack of Police presence when and where needed little or no respect for speed limits traffic lights or turn signals people drive distracted with cellphones in hand over populated with diminishing resources and a constant destruction of natural areas with no regard for conservation or preservation "
