The stairs and 2nd floor are all wood flooring, except the bathrooms of course. Your own area rug in the living room is a nice touch.
The kitchen cabinets are honey oak. That is the current state. They are dated and in need of some love. They will get that love. They will be renovated to white with nickel satin hardware. I have included a generic before/after photo of an oak-to-white transformation. So don't panic when seeing the kitchen photo. It will transform.
One more thing you get with this home is me. Paul. I am the home owner and landlord. We used to live in this home. We take good care of the home and of you. I fix things. I take care of things. This is my only rental home. We live in Irvine. We have total pride of ownership.
