Fully renovated house within 2 miles of Utah Valley University, and located just a few blocks from Orem Center Street and State Street.

The room is located on the lower level of the home, and has new vinyl floors, a window, a built-in closet, cordless blinds, and updated electrical.

The house has two common living areas, two completely renovated bathrooms, an updated kitchen, a small workout area with punching bag and a large yard. The house is co-ed, but all current tenants are male. Smoking is allowed (although no current tenants are smokers) but must be done outside away from entrances, drinking is allowed, quiet hours are generally enforced (although exceptions can be requested for gatherings). Pets are allowed (with weight limit considerations).

Rent is $625 per month dependent on a fixed term lease agreement - if you are requesting a month-to-month lease, rent will be adjusted slightly.

Lease: 3 - 12 Months, Month-to-Month available after lease terms
Deposit Details: $50 is automatically withheld to cover standard deep cleaning upon move-out. Additional money may be withheld if damages are incurred, if excessive cleaning is required, or if repainting is necessary.

Deposit Amount Refundable: $250

Monthly Pet Fee: $0 While we don't require any additional fees for pets, of course that is dependent on the understanding that all cleaning/care for that pet will be taken care of by the renter.
Pet Policy: Tenants are allowed up to 1 pet not weighing over 30 lbs. No deposit required. There are currently 4 cats already living in the house with their respective owners.

    "I love this area. People are nice and mostly keep to themselves, but if you reach out, they are great neighbors. The schools are great. Close to the freeway and uvu and center street where there’s lots of restaurants and shopping access. You’ve got the Orem fitness center and a walking track where the mountains surround you! It’s a fairly safe great place to live:)"
