I am a student and from my point of view the teachers are kind,smart,supportive and amazingly professional at there job they are such good role models for the kids and good under pressure Clark Lane Middle School is one of the best schools I’ve ever went to I would suggest this school more than any other

There is not one reason I dislike this school, my daughter always has a great day with her amazing teachers

To give an update- both field hockey and lacrosse have been incorporated as official school sports. A new high school building was just recently opened in April of 2013. Ceilings, walls, and bathrooms are no longer falling apart; there is also much better climate control throughout the new school. The new resources for students are state of the art as well. The majority of the teachers here truly care and there is also a good selection of AP and honors courses for anyone to take. My one complaint is the little attention upperclassmen get when trying to search for and apply to college. You truly have to advocate for yourself if you feel as if you need help in this department. With about 900 student however, it is difficult for the four guidance counselors to give individualized attention to every student, a problem at at any larger school, private or public. Overall, Waterford High School and all Waterford Public Schools still get five stars, their public education system is one of the best.
