Tenant is responsible for their own internet.
1 small pet is negotiable (case by case) with a non refundable pet fee.
I will be calling people back on Saturday for phone interviews and schedule a time to view the property on Sunday.

Public transportation at the front door. Charter school just one mile away. High School 4 or 5 miles away Bus pick up on Placer HIlls Road, in front of this residence. This house is an extremely an 'easy to live in' residence. Nice open access (for RV access) all around the house. The noise of Placer Hills Rd may take some getting used to but, the overall convience of daily living will overcome the traffic noise. "
