Welcome to the Pappardelle Pad, a renovated, 3 bedroom, 2 bath in the Woodside Mill area. Great location, half a mile to the Swamp Rabbit Trail, 1 mile to Unity Park and also the Village of West Greenville. It is also 2 miles to downtown Greenville.

The Primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower. The other two bedrooms share a common area bathroom that has a tub/shower.

Appliances include a stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with water hookup, washer, and dryer.

There is a large backyard for entertaining and ample parking on both sides of the home.

NOTE: Home is currently furnished for staging purposes. Home is being leased UNFURNISHED. Landlord will remove furniture upon a lease being signed.

Minimum of a 12 month lease required.
Pappardelle Pad is a Non-Smoking rental.
Storage shed in backyard is not included in the rental and is not for tenant use.
