This home's amenities include a driveway with parking for two cars, large backyard with fire-pit, washing machine and dryer, and central air heat and AC (heat is run on oil). For sewer this property has septic that is well maintained. The septic is pumped yearly and as the landlord, this will remain in place. Plenty of storage space in the basement. The carport is available to be used as a patio or shelter for your car, trash bins, and whatever else that needs to away from the elements.
