This house is Craftsman-style, cedar sided and situated in Eugene's south hills. The house is three levels, the bottom of which is a daylight basement that opens onto the backyard to the east. Entering the house from street level brings you into the front hall, which connects the large bedroom suite above the garage to the rest of the house. With the exception of the bedroom, the entire main floor is solid maple flooring. The front living room, a central sitting area, dining area and kitchen are all open to one another, with a half bath off the front hall. The upper level is taken up by the master bedroom, bath and a large open closet space which is more an extension of the bedroom rather than a typical closed off closet. The basement completes the floor plan with two bedrooms, a full bath, laundry room and media room/play room. The house was extensively remodeled in 2011, including a completely new kitchen. Master bathroom remodeled in 2019
